Revenue Pricing Manager – Lincoln Property Co

Lincoln Property Company is searching for a Revenue Pricing Manager responsible for implementation of pricing and inventory strategies in order to optimize revenue opportunities.

The Pricing Manager will be based in Dallas, TX. The Position will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Training and will work closely with and support teams (Marketing, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Property Managers and on-site teams) for the purpose of executing pricing and inventory analysis to reach current and future company revenue goals.

General Responsibilities:

• Analyze, identify, communicate and execute pricing decisions based on weekly/monthly supply and demand and pricing information with respective divisional operating teams in order to optimize revenue opportunities

• Improve the development and use of effective business intelligence analytical tools and processes, to ensure optimum utilization of systems and people in support of competitive pricing, optimum demand forecasting and timely analysis

• Provide continuous communication and education of Yield/Revenue Management strategies to Division and Regional Operating teams
